    Michael joined the Cynosure team in 2019, bringing with him extensive experience focused on the management of customer and technical service teams within global organisations. Michael also has significant technical experienced gained in the health and medical sector including specific experience managing technical and customer service teams within the medical aesthetic device segment. In addition to being a qualified Electrician, Michael holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management and has completed courses in project management and process improvement.
